George has been working in public accounting for over 40 years.

He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1977. After graduation, George served as an auditor for three years at Price Waterhouse, CPA in Birmingham, Alabama. George joined Brown and Faulkner, CPA (now Hill, Fogg, & Associates PC) in 1979, and made partner in 1981.

George has over 40 years experience representing government contractors regarding matters before the Defense Contract Audit Agency. He is experienced in forward rate projections, proposal pricing, ICE submissions, incurred cost audits, and accounting system reviews. He has designed many accounting systems found acceptable by DCAA.

George is experienced in dealing with building contractors, real estate, medicine, manufacturing, and professional services. He has a broad range of abilities regarding taxation, federal acquisition regulations, and accounting. He is also experienced in assisting with corporate acquisitions and sales.

George is instrumental in growing the firm from three employees in 1979 to over twenty employees today through outstanding client service. The company’s growth has been achieved through client referrals, not through acquisitions.

George is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

George served on the board of Huntsville Hospital Foundation for five years. He is a long time board member of the Huntsville YMCA, and he currently serves as Bank Director with Synovus Bank. In addition, he has been a parishioner at the Church of the Nativity since 1979.

Tim has been working in public accounting for over 30 years.

He joined the firm in 1984 working part-time while a senior at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Tim graduated from UAH with a BS Degree in Accounting in 1985. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and became a shareholder in 1989.

Tim is involved with business owners consulting on small business issues, strategies and compliance. He is actively involved in all areas of taxation planning and preparation, including individual, corporate, partnership, estates and trusts. Areas of emphasis include closely-held businesses in real estate, construction, government contractors, healthcare, restaurants, manufacturing and professional services. He also works with non-publicly owned businesses, HUD projects and employee benefit plans providing audit and assurance services.

Tim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tim serves and has served in the past on the boards and advisory boards of various private companies. He currently serves as a board member for First Pulaski National Corporation and Joy to Share Inc. (a non-profit organization). He also serves on the Deacon Body of Piney Grove Baptist Church and has served as the Treasurer for more than 30 years.

Jason has worked in public accounting for over 17 years in a wide array of practice areas, including tax, accounting and business advisory services. His industry expertise includes restaurants, healthcare, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, transportation, real estate and government contracting.

Jason was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After graduating from St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Mobile, Alabama, he attended Birmingham-Southern College. As a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Jason served as Treasurer and later as President. After graduation, he began his practice at a national firm in Birmingham, Alabama, where he worked on corporate, partnership and individual taxation, along with financial reporting and auditing. In 2008, he moved to Huntsville with his wife Hallie and joined Hill, Fogg and Associates where he became a partner in 2015. Hallie and Jason are blessed with a daughter, Emma and son, Hill.

Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is a vestry member and Treasurer at the Church of the Nativity.

Nicole has worked in public accounting for over 15 years. Her primary areas of concentration have been in tax and accounting services. Her main focus involves working with government contractors implementing DCAA approved accounting systems.

Nicole was born in Athens, Alabama and has lived in North Alabama her entire life. After graduating from Ardmore High School in 2001, she attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in May 2005. Nicole began working at Hill Fogg & Associates during her junior year in college. She is married to Lance Martin and they have two children, Paislee & Wydner.

Nicole is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. She enjoys running, gardening, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Chris has worked in public accounting for 9 years. His primary areas of concentration have been in tax and valuation services. He advises clients on tax-related issues, entity formation and other start-up matters, business succession planning, strategic investments, and small business issues. Chris works with clients in government contracting, healthcare, construction and real estate industries.

Chris was born in Memphis, Tennessee and attended Christian Brothers High School. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and has a Master of Accountancy from University of Alabama in Huntsville. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2012 and a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2013. Chris joined Hill Fogg & Associates in 2018. He is married to Libby Taylor and they are blessed with three daughters.

Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He has served on the Board of the ASCPA Huntsville Chapter as well as other civic organizations.
